Dr. Metwally’s research interests include strategic management, organizational behaviour, human resources management, entrepreneurship, and organizational leadership. She is a founding executive member of the Africa Academy of Management, co-chaired with (Nceku Nyathi) the AFAM 2016 Conference in Nairobi, Kenya, and currently serves on the Editorial Board of the Africa Journal of Management (AJOM).
The Africa Academy of Management (AFAM) is a premier association for academics focused on management in Africa, fostering collaboration among scholars in Africa and the Diaspora.
