2021 AUC Business (Virtual) Forum

For the second year, the AUC School of Business is organizing a high-level forum during the period 8-9 February 2021.  The forum will include three roundtable discussions where renowned and distinguished scholars, practitioners from business and industry as well as policymakers from Egypt, Africa, the Middle East, and other parts of the world will discuss timely and relevant issues.  

Join our Roundtable discussion on “The Impact of Disruption in Business Schools and Business and Management Education”

Moderated by  Ahmed Abdel Meguid, Associate Professor of Accounting, Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies and Administration, School of Business, The American University in Cairo

This roundtable discussion examines and contrasts the different academic institutions engaged in business and management education and research from across different geographical regions; and the impact disruption has caused over the past year, and the plans to imagine the future in terms of organizational structure, quality assurance, programs offered, outreach activities, collaborative partnerships, thematic research, and the implications on different business and society at large.
The primary question addressed is "How does disruption affect the role and impact business schools?"
