The Awards Committee recognizes excellence and outstanding contributions in management research, education, and practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify ways to recognize research, education, and practice excellence on management in/or about Africa.
- Manage all AFAM awards and recommend the winners to the Executive Board.
- Manage all AFAM awards and recommend the winners to the Executive Board.
- Propose additional award categories in line with AFAM's mission and strategies.
- Secure sponsors for AFAM awards.
- Develop criteria for all AFAM awards to be approved by the Executive Board.
