The Capacity Building Committee develops programs to enhance the professional skills and knowledge of AFAM members.

Key Responsibilities

Identify educational opportunities and programs to enhance the research and teaching skills of members and prospective members.
Plan and manage the delivery of the Africa Faculty Development Workshops.
Plan and manage the delivery of capacity building activities at biennial conferences.
Solicit AFAM professional development workshops for annual AOM conference.
Manage the Africa Journal of Management Fellowship Program.
Prepare an annual report of the capacity building activities of AFAM for the Executive Board.
