Research Interest
Dr. Nyathi’s research interests are in management and organisation studies drawing on sociological and historical analysis to fill a gap, recovering knowledges that are invisible and silenced through asking postcolonial/decolonial questions of organisation theory, leadership, ethics, diversity, race and management in Africa. He is currently co-editor with (Faith Ngunjiri) of Palgrave Macmillan Africa Leadership Book Series and serves on editorial board of the international journal of Equality Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and Africa Journal of Management (AJOM).
The Africa Academy of Management (AFAM) is a premier association for academics focused on management in Africa, fostering collaboration among scholars in Africa and the Diaspora.
