The 4th Biennial conference was held in central Africa, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and was hosted by the School of Commerce from 3rd to 6th January 2018. The conference theme was ‘Building High-Performing Organizations in Africa’. The conference was well attended, as there was representation from various regions that entail Africa, North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. There were various institutions represented, as well as many countries and companies and firms from across the globe.
