Description
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design and user experience efforts across our digital products. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered designs that enhance the overall usability and functionality of our web and mobile platforms. As a senior team member, you will mentor junior designers, collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, and help define and maintain our design standards and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility and inclusivity standards (WCAG, ADA compliance).
- Translate business requirements and user needs into elegant, functional interfaces.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing results.
- Advocate for best practices in UX and usability across the organization.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UX and UI design projects for web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and similar.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus.
- Experience conducting usability testing, A/B testing, and user interviews.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user needs and business goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading or mentoring design teams.
- Familiarity with motion design and animation tools (After Effects, Principle, Lottie).
- Basic knowledge of user data analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Experience with design for enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, or mobile-first applications.
- Understanding of branding and graphic design principles.
