Difference is not the absence of sameness. Dr Slavova’s intellectual agenda stems from a positive view of difference as generative. The site of differences for her is the African continent. Using notions from sociomateriality, feminist theory, practice and process studies she explore organisational phenomena as they unfold in Africa.
