Membership dues support AFAM’s mission to advance African management scholarship and research, including faculty development and scholarly capacity-building initiatives. The dues also contribute to AFAM’s annual activities, such as conferences, workshops, and social events, including AFAM-hosted socials held alongside the Academy of Management (AOM) annual conferences.
